Is this the same guy that bought the old Satralloy plant in Goulds? They removed all the scrap metal then let it go for back taxes. This site is a Super Fund cleanup site now. Maybe I’m mistaken it was deeded in some poor little old lady’s name. The way I remember The Ohio Nut & Washer had a railroad spur in place.
