For the two caught trying to steal copper piping, why was the minor charged with more than the adult in the situation? I realize at 24 the adult is probably not the minor's parent but still as an adult he should have known better. The minor was charged with possession of criminal tools and drugs I think and the adult was only charged with criminal trespassing. I don't know the specifics of what happened but that doesn't sound right at all. The adult could have been charged with corruption of a minor at the very least.
