Goodbye & Good riddance. Glad to See this Guy GONE. He brags about his alleged accomplishments and all he's ever done is hinder progress and protect bad City employees. He made sure the City hired unqualified people to run the city. Then always protected them.

Glad to see you go, you were a big part of the problem. justacitizen said it all perfectly. I hope everybody all knows that they are trying to pull some shinanigans with the hiring of a new city manager. Some very wealthy people in this community want some other people from this community to be in charge so they can run the city by proxy.

See ya! Now Steubenville can get a finance director, she was put in place a protected by this man. The one thing i find interesting is the previous city manager was told in no way would city council approve a rate increase for any services to balance a budget but now that Perkins and Lalich is leaving there is going to be a hike in water rates, what a crock of crap. This guy has been nothing but a wasted seat on council for all these years. This is also the person that is taking credit for the oil and gas lease at the old land fill once again 100% BS. Yes the previous post are correct about council wanting a local person to fill the manager position that's why they have yet to fill the position. Take a look at what they are doing with the charter review, Mayor form of gov. If I was a city manager I would stay away from this place because they are just going to get rid of the person in 2014 anyways. The charter needs to put a max term on all elected positions in the city period.
