And its interesting that this article is in the Steubenville paper, not Weirton's paper. Cant have the Weirton Citizens knowing where they money is being spent so give it to the BDC - a fully secret black hole, and then run any related article discussions in an OHIO paper so no one in Weirton will know.

What a load of BS. Can anyone identify one job that was created by the BDC? When are your meetings? Why don't you post them public ally, being that you use tax dollars. Where are these millions that were invested in Weirton? Councilman Dalrympe just stated publically that he sees no benefit from the BDC. Everyone sees through your BS. Your group is just a cronie piggy bank.

I see no response from the BDC on the basic questions posed - so in case you missed them. 1. When are your meetings? 2. Why don't you post them publicly, posting minutes, plans, votes, etc. being that you use MOSTLY tax dollars. 3. Where are these so called millions that were invested in Weirton? The Rue 21 development was the State of WV not BDC, so what major benefit has the BDC contributed? Dalrymple, who is usually wrong on everything, got it right on this on this one!
