Mayor Mucci HAS been doing an excellent job. He has been doing two full time jobs, plus his duties as mayor and if he IS receiving the City Manager wage (and that is a BIG if) at least he is earning it which is more than I can say for the previous one. And while the mayor may have been in trouble for a DUI in the past at least he didn't steal over $5000 worth of sporting good equipment from a company he worked for like his opponent did a few years back. Way to go Mayor Mucci. Glad to have you back. Keep up the good work.

The citizens have spoken like it or not. Next time register and vote. If your not part of the voting public keep your mouth shut if you voted and lost try try again.

Well I 100% agree with fedupvoter. This place is exploding heck the contractors are so booked building new homes there is a year waiting line for all of them, they have brought in so many new business there is no place to put them all and of course all the druggies took off and the crime rate is now zero. I thought the voters wanted a change well your not going to get it if you continue to re-elect the same old yahoos. Here is a question for everyone who reads this: I thought everyone wanted to go to a mayor form of government well you have had it for the last 6 months and guess what you have been paying him 90k a year, what a savings and I would have thought he would have done the right thing and gave up the salary because he loves this place so much. Must be nice to get a full salary from the county and city! Some day someone will take you out of office Mucci!

This is not surprising, considering how great things are going in Steubenville. Unemployment disappearing, crime virtually non-existent, young people flocking to the area, downtown looking more beautiful every year, renovations everywhere... ****! I'll bet the permanent sheriff counted the votes!
