Typical of the Catholic Church...thinking for it's followers or students...many of which are far past the legal age of having their first drink. Maybe in place of carding for age, the store could agree to card to see if the potential buyer is a resident student at the University...OR...let these reasonable, mostly mature students think for themselves...OH YEAH,I forgot...that's not their policy.

The University is "Concerned" because its close to a resident hall. Where's the concern for the Bar inside the restaurant that's even closer to the resident hall. No mention of that because the building is owned by a University Benefactor. If the Store was owned by a University Benefactor I'll bet there would be no opposing that.
