Nally is moved to state prison

The Hancock County man charged in 2011 with the torture, mutilation and death of 29 animals — mostly puppies — has been moved to a West Virginia state prison to serve the remainder of his sentence....

Let's hope this sociopath never sees the light of freedom again. It has been proven that individuals who maim, torture and kill animals have a proclivity to expand to humans. Most serial killers have admitted to starting with animals. Anyone that can do these types of heinous acts does not deserve to be out of a cage himself. Lord help us if he gets an early release. It's bad enought that if he does every minute of his sentence that he still will only be 43 years old when released!
