The coal industry still treats its workers like dirt and the earth even worse. It is, next to renewables, the cleanest, most efficient fuel out there. For the EPA to ask that it be burned in a clean, safe way, is in all of our interests. WV coal is being sold to Japan and to communist China in unprecedented amounts this year and shows no sign of slowing down. I can't remember the last time a coal company went bankrupt or ran out of money. I say keep American resources in America.Use them wisely and respect the workers who make it all happen and keep the Koch brothers out of the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia. (That article should have come with a "paid for by" clause on the end of it.)

Instead of greed, bring the jobs back to the U.S., we would not need that global economy, but only worry about the American economy.
