I found this article interesting to say the least. I wonder how Ohio in general stacks up against other states. I also wonder why Indian Creek's grades weren't higher. My husband and I graduated from two different local school districts but our first choice for our children's education is Indian Creek. Toronto is also a really good school district. I don't know how the state came to their conclusion but I think the scoring system needs tweaking. From what I read in this article the only school that is going to be able to do really well is Steubenville schools because they have many more students than the smaller districts like Toronto. I'm not taking anything away from Steubenville Schools, I'm sure they're a great school. I know Steubenville usually ranks high when compared to other schools in the state. Hopefully the state will figure out a way to fairly grade smaller and larger districts on the same scale.
