Ten years and a ton of money later the Grand will still be a piece of dung in need of being torn down; what a waste of time, money, and energy!

Short sighted people would tear down the Parthenon in Greece (if they know what it is) because it needed repairs. The white house sometimes needs overhauls, there are those who would say tear that down too. There is no explaining history or significant value to those with a mentality of tear it down and build a McDonald's.

It is a worthy project and a treasure for those who know the value a redeeming work ethic gives the human spirit. Those who don't have the vision or insight to see that are lost to the Good Lord and the fellowship of others who can appreciate honest hard work and suffering.
