The City of Steubenville gives itself another black eye. With the faux facades having been removed on many buildings exposing such beautiful late 19th and early 20th century architecture, I would love to see boardwalk sidewalks all thru the downtown. You want to know why Steubenville looks like such a dump? Well, just try to make an improvement and see what happens. This poor gentleman "didn't have a permit." (Translation: "He didn't deposit the correct amount of money in the correct number of pockets.") What a corrupt enterprise this city is! But the people just keep voting the same clowns back into office, year after year!
