It is necessary to improve all things regarding a community. The roads, recreation and numerous other things need addressed in this community. If you want to try to entice people to stay and live not to mention move to the area it is necessary to have a nice park, roads and hey what about a bank, gas station and if we could get lucky a fast food chain. Splash Pad was not the demise of the Village of Mingo Junctions finances. Lack of planning would be one of the many problems Mingo has.

Mingo could just revert to cross creek township.trustees seem to do more with their money than any other form of government.

Grassroots level. People trust them more because dollar for dollar they get what they expect.

Mingo needs to post rough road signs throughout the town. No money to pave. But spend money for a splash pad????????

I love recreation, but how many people drive the roads verus use a splash pad.
