This article has nothing to do with Reno, sports, or Big Red football at all. Give it a rest and move on with your pathetic lives people. Bashing Steubenville will get you nowhere in life. Congrats to all of the 2013 Steubenville high school graduates

automan260, Remember the fottball record in the graduating class of 1978 ? I do. 2 - 10 ans since "Da Red" left the All American Conference , went Independent, plays a laughable weak schedule, and hired an egotistical blow hard as head coach, he and the school can do no wrong from grade fixing to intimidating teachers not towing the line!

It's sad these accomplished academia award winners are overshadowed by the evil sadistic culture known as " Roll Red Roll ". The world has an image & opinion of the violent crime eyesore known as Steubenville and from other coaches and theologians they point to Steubenville and lecture " Don't be like them ! "

Maybe the coach can be the commencement speaker and explain why it's important to shield rapists and how football triumphs over morality. The principal can tell the community always to take the high road,as he has done by following orders given to him by the coach. The superintendent and the school board can offer a prayer praising the coach (and hid extra administrative contract)and damning the victim, just as they have done before. The grand jury clock is ticking on them all

You people are pathetic. What on earth would make you troll a high school academic awards article with bull like that? Is your life so lonely that you need to crap on the great accomplishments of so many good kids? All schools have their issues. This one has recoverd quite nicely and if you had an ounce of values, you would recognize it and move on as these kids and this school had to. Get a life!! From a proud 1978 Graduate of Steubenville High School
