Another miscarriage of justice. Shame on that idiot prosecutor, Sam Pate....what a knucklehead. These folks threatened serious bodily injury and received NOTHING!!! so called "Judge" Kerr is just as bad.....yet another sad chapter in this town's illustrious history of siding with criminal element and covering up.
