I grew up on LaBelle back in the 70's. What a great place to raise a family back then. I no longer live in the area but still have family living on LaBelle and visit them regularly. So sad to see what it has become. I wish the group good luck in trying to unify and improve the situation on both hills.

As long as you have 'out of towners' coming in and causing trouble, then you cant do a thing about it. You cant 'harrass' them, by arresting them until they commit a crime, and, by then its just too late. You know they are there for drugs, and trouble. And its a shame you cant be 'pro-active' on this matter, but, every citizen has rights until they break the law, and, when they do, its too late to rectify what ever damage they wrought upon our citizenry. I wish you well...
