Let's be clear. The school district- whoever or whatever that is- cannot tell an individual he cannot speak about a situation that occurred off school grounds, not during school hours and not involving a school function. That's freedom of speech. This restriction, which doesn't really exist, is a self-serving way to circle the wagons so that those school employees who are culpable-probably the coach, the principal and the superintendent- can secure immunity from prosecution by refusing to speak. And then the children of the community get stuck with rapist protectors as their role models. No immunity- if they refuse to speak indict them
