Sheriff Abdalla is a creep who doesn't understand Rape is Rape just like the other leadership of Steubenville. He went after those who wanted to bring justice to Jane Doe instead of the rapists, those who provided the house & alcohol, and those who tried to cover up what happened. If not for AG - Mike DeWine stepping into the mess with both boots, we still would not have justice.

Mr. Ranallo I agree w most of your post. Steuben Schools lost my support when Reno is on the news one day saying the superintendent wouldn't let some old ball coach make certain decision but then down the road the super and the principal say they left decision up to the coach. To much contradiction going on. Then on 20/20 your head coach is seen on tape saying "just answer the questions they ask and nothing else" in other words dont tell them all you know. So in order to work together everyone needs o be on the same page and be truthful which did not happen in some aspects of this event.

If it wasn't for the community, media, and activist groups I don't think these boys would have see a day in court. Sometimes our officals do NOT know what's best or how best to handle a situation. I am not saying the entire city is wrong or every offical is corrupt. But those who didn't take action and should have and those who knew but chose to hide the truth to save the football program (aka the money) should be held accoutnable.
