Why not cut every city employee's salary by whatever percentage is needed that will provide all the money needed to balance the city's budget? Manning a city fire station with two or three employees is a joke. It's no wonder Steubenville acts as stupid as it does on the rape case. Are there any intelligent people in Steubenville?

Please do not layoff fire fighters. the potential of loss of life and property will cost more in the long run.
