Nobody will come to Steubenville and bring a business with them. The Big Red Rape Case and the city's leadership response to the rape with coverup has sealed the fate of Steubenville forever. Who would want to raise their family in a town where Rape is accepted as a normal?

It's awesome that the site will be cleaned up and some people will get jobs out of the deal. It's not so great that the taxpayers are left holding the bag and tax payer monies are to be used to pay for the project. The steel industries gained a lot from the sweat of the people in this valley and they (steel industry) abandon their responsibilities through legal bankruptcy mumbo jumbo. A tax should be levied against everyone who ever had in the ownership of that property and that tax should be used for the clean up.

This is good news and would be even better if local people are hired.
