This town's dirty laundry smells like it's been putrifying for years. It's a dead town that has allowed its children to go unguided for generations. It's not about the rape, but about the degradation of a young girl, and the social humiliation the kids were willing to enact, for what? Nobody in their right minds would want to raise a family in your*****hole. You might as well barricade the streets and gas the town for the sake of a better society. Parentel values are iphones over disciplin. Do some serious reflection, then get your kids under control and watch them like hawks, they are lost right now thanks to your total neglect.

Bernardo, I believe you are correct. All teachers, coaches, etc., are REQUIRED by law to report ANY suspected abuse to Children's Services.

It's not suggested, its REQUIRED.

The coach is a mandated reporter. If he was aware of a possible sexual assault and did not inform authorities then he is culpable and deserves to be prosecuted. At the very least he needs to be removed from having any contact with children. He has shown his commitment is to himself and not those he is paid to protect. He's just a very minor league Paternoster.

Wondering why we are not permitted to hear testimony? I understand not see the person or hearing their names, but why not let us listen.

Just saying.
