The judge will determine guilt or innocence according to the law, although morally the defendants appear guilty. The community must decide, though, if can and should let a school team and its coach, a supposed teacher, have an outsized role and influence. If the coach was aware of the alleged crime he had a responsibility to report it to authorities and not impose his own discipline, as if that is enough because he mandated it. He needs to go, at the minimum, and face charges if he covered up the alleged crime

Details, more details. The coverup was wide and well know in Stubenville. The Ohio AG had better go after Coach Sac who participated in the rape coverup. He deserves some serious jail time and should have been fired by the school system long ago. I feel so sorry for the victim and nothing but anger for all those who participated in the rape and coverup for the sake of Big Red football.
