You are correct frannyandzoey, that correction center is a joke. The two animals charged with the murder of the 93 year old Belmont County women were released from that correction center. The staff indicated these two animals were successful in their treatment. Your tax money at work!

Nine mos. for running over someone w/ 3 kids in the car driving drunk, of course, are you just kidding? And he was kicked out of the so-called prison for getting drunk while undsupervised at a Dr. appt? What the heck kind of correction ctr is this place. This is not not an isolated case. Their inmates are dropped off regulary for "appts" w/o supervision, often to just wanderoff. And this place is to "correct and rehab" our valleys losers. Is everyone involved in the judicial and corrections systems here just nuts or what? If anyone can explain this, please do. Am I missing something? This is just getting way to absurd the way criminals around here seem to just be in an endless cycle of crime and not much punishment for crimes, leaving the lawabiding citizens wondering why the h... we give you taxes for NOTHING in return. Is their a sane person in charge in the State anymore?
