Why are there so many assumptions? There was video evidence of these low lifes. They used social media to advertise their guilt and flaunt their crimes. The film released last week was horrible.

This crime is going to brand the city of Steubenville, the high school, and the school system the way that Jerry Sandusky now stands for Penn State. It has gone from a terrible crime to a civic symbol. Steubenville and the football team have become synonymous with rape.

Jimmy, That link certainly shows corruption in a town. The problem is that article is not based on any facts or evidence, but rather a made up story with an agenda that does not further the cause for justice for the victim.

Hopefully this will bring down the Gold ole boy club so prevalent in this town. Sorry, maybe if these schools would change their mindset from Athletic supporters to improving Academics, maybe Justice would have rolled around a bit quicker. This coach, school, sheriff, Prosecutor, and kids and anyone who lied or tried to hide info, need to be held accountable. Stay classy, Steubenville,.

Maverick, at first you said there were only two people involved. Now you say perhaps five. Who all was at the party where the rape happened, where the video was filmed? They all need charged. Who owned the house where the party took place, where the video was taped? They need charged too. Who provided the alcohol and drugs? They need charged too. Most of if not all of those that took part in this on one level or another are associated with SHS athletics. Best thing is that after they are all tried, jailed, resigned, or removed from office, they shut down their athletics for 5 years as a lesson to future would be offenders.

But I am open to any evidence that proves otherwise and will adjust my opinions accordingly. I am proud of my community and the friends I have here but will not be tolerant of those who bring shame on us. I will not defend anyone is proven to be a part of this ugly behavior or anyone proveen to be part of trying to sidetrack the truth. I have been accused of trying to sidetrack the truth but as reliable truth unfolds you will see that I also want justice for this young girl.

Smitty any information that is legit and ca be supported I will support because contrary to what some people have said and believe I want justice served. But this statement (Maverick these are not assumptions but facts:

When the girl went to report the rape your fine police department told her the Sgt was busy cleaning gutters and to come back Thursday.), is about another case so far not linked to this one and these are the dangers of not being fully informed before tossing around information without full knowlege of what one is talking about. As i get more validation for claims made about this case I willacknowledge them as fact. This video of Nodionis confirms that he is a piece of trash and I will admit the same about anyone mentioned in this entire affair when given proper evidence. But I will defend my community against the unfounded staements that are blanketing everyone just because they live here, go to school here, work in the school system or play football here. (cont)

In the video you clearly hear that they had done this before at ________Palooza. Prinnie was already on this and the report in April came forward to police after the August rape came into view. Don't blame Prinnie for these young boys putting their own crimes on video. She didn't create innuendo, she followed the social media THEY PUT OUT THEMSELVES! She is not responsible for the thoughts of others. The April case was the case that was told to come back and file the report. That is not a rumor or innuendo--okay Maverick? But thank you for showing your support for the vic. Guilty parties should receive justice, innocent students should not be heckled at events or judged on their peers bad choices in life. The innocents should actually be cheered for louder and prouder!

This video is despicable and disgusting, our hearts go out to the young girl and her family.

Judy Jones, SNAP Midwest Associate Director, USA, 636-433-2511. snapjudy@gmail****, "SNAP (The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests) is the world's oldest and largest support group for clergy abuse victims. SNAP was founded in 1988 and has more than 12,000 members. Despite the word priest in our title, we have members who were molested by religious figures of all denominations, including nuns, rabbis, bishops, teachers, Protestant ministers and increasingly, victims who were assaulted in a wide range of institutional settings like orphanages, summer camps, athletic programs, Boy Scouts, etc."

This video sickened me. This piece of crap Nodianis and the punk filming this sick display of cowardice should never be allowed to walk among humans again. There may be a total of five people maybe a few more that hold the keys to what happened with first hand knowlege. I did hear some in the background criticizing Nodianis. But they are also guilty of not coming forward. I have always wanted justice for this young girl but at the same time I was against throwing a blanket of guilt over the entire community, school and football team. There must be upwards of 45 players on the team and I do know for certain that some of them couldn't and weren't at the party. It is shameful that the perps aren't being tried as adults and that those appearing in the video aren't yet charged. But again the majority of people in this community are appalled by this rape. As evidence is produced I will I will support the prosecuting of all guilty parties.

For many, deceit holds the key to money, fame, revenge or power, and these prove all too tempting. In history, this has often resulted in elaborate hoaxes, perjuries, and forgeries that had enormous ripple effects. Anyone proven to have violated this young woman should be punished and made an example. Not a single person had disagreed with that. BUT, this "Knight Sec" group (most likely NOT anonymous) has brought the attention of the world on this young lady/victim and this case. If this does not play out according to the rumors that they have helped spread, genuine anonymous movements will never again be trusted. Making threats and committing crimes is no way to "support the victim!"

Maverick, you still there? Did you see the video online? How many people do you think were there? How many people charged witha crime? Did you see the police chief getting nervous on TV? This whole thing stinks bro. Someone let evidence disappear, or turned a blind eye toward it. They were star athletes, most likely they had done this before, they were not pursued as criminals because of the prominence of their families or their athletic abailities, end of story.

rpg, it could be the 3 boys who turned states evidence. I am not saying that there are not other suspects out there butI believe that tossing names around and speculating on actions of that night without hard evidence is wrong and can create more victims. I know it is hard to be patient and wait for the system to work but it is not fair to fill in the blanks with street talk and innuendo. Breaches of the law where people of influence may have some connection usually spawn speculation of cover-up and really do merit investigation but again speculation without the support of hard evidence can victimize innocense

Princess your statement about the girl reporting and being told to come back is from an unrelated story. Now can you see the danger of running with someone elses information. Most of the innaccurate information stems from the irresponsible handling of Prinnified**** by Alexis Goddard the rumor queen and the persons who posted rumors and innuendo as if it were fact and now once again rumor gets posted as fact. Don't you people understand that you can't bring justice to a victim by victimizing others

I like how you use the word “fact” in the last claim saying that the “town is corrupt and protects the team over a child has been raped.” It appears you use “fact” very loosely and actually may not know what it truly means. Two players are charged, fact. There is absolutely ZERO evidence of a cover-up, fact. This case is being tried outside of the normal city officials, fact.

If you would like to have a discussion on this matter, please present some actual facts and save the gossip for blogs.

Ms. Mo Fo, your list may go on and on, but it seems your evidence stops rather abruptly.

Did the prosecutor testify on behalf of the players before recusing herself? Highly impossible since she recused herself before any testimony was given in the case. This is a verifiable fact.

Now since you claim the coach told the players to destroy evidence, I’ll assume that you interviewed these players and/or coaches? Or possibly were there when it thappened…Unlikely, but it does seem to show that you are highly knowledgeable when it comes to rumors going around.
