WINTERSVILLE — A new competition is coming to the area. The Little Miss Angels Pageant, sponsored by Angels for Autism Inc., will debut at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 at the Word of Life Church, 565 Lovers Lane, Steubenville. Angels for Autism is a nonprofit organization based out of Wintersville that advocates for the education and training of parents and professionals involved in caring for people with autism spectrum disorder. The group was started earlier this year by Pierrie Toson, president, and Jack Fluharty Jr., vice president, who are dedicated to bringing autism awareness to the village and the surrounding area. The organization holds a support group meeting once a month and one workshop per month, which features guest speakers from across the country. Long-term goals include building on a hardship fund to help supplement families on Medicare; bringing outpatient services, including biomedical, sensory, occupational, speech and physical therapies within a 100-mile radius of Wi
