PALMER, Louis J. Jr., 70, of Wellsburg, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, in Valley Haven Geriatric Center in Beech Bottom, W.Va. Friends will be received on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, W.Va. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Wellsburg with Father Vincent Joseph as celebrant.
