BAILEY, John Ralph “Pete,” 56, of Stained Cedar Court, Martinsburg, W.Va., and formerly a resident of Colliers, W.Va., died on Wednesday, August 20, 2008, in City Hospital in Martinsburg. Born August 9, 1952, in Sistersville, W.Va., he was the son of the late Earl Robert and Anna Blanche Hubbard Bailey. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Allen; and two brothers, Earl Bailey and Raymond Bailey. He is survived by fiancee and “other half,” Nancy Allman of Martinsburg, and formerly of Colliers; step- daughter, Kelly (Allman) Jacobs of Martinsburg; one son, Janson Bailey of Conway, South Carolina; one daughter, Ericka Bailey of Colliers; one sister, Mary Ann (Bailey) Hoberek of Toronto, Ohio; one brother, Richard Bailey of Mingo Junction, Ohio; and a grandchild, Erick Velez of Colliers. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Md. Pastor Kenneth R. Jacobs will officiate. Burial will be at the co
