Speed must be controlled
To the editor: Something needs to be done about speeding on River Avenue in Toronto. On Aug. 3, someone killed my cat. The driver didn’t stop and didn’t see if she could have been saved. The driver left her there for me to find Monday morning. I had her seven years. She was a member of the family. We miss her very much. Please slow down. It’s not a racetrack. Cindy Cottis Toronto
