Second Fort Steuben youth session planned
The second session of the Summer Youth Educational Program at Historic Fort Steuben will run from July 14 through July 18. The program offers in-depth and hands-on history with fourth- to sixth-grade pupils exploring the past through lectures, videos, games, crafts and other activities, including digging in the archaeological site. Registration is $35, and applications are available at the Fort Steuben Visitor Center or by calling (740) 283-1787. Festival awards to be presented Area Italian Festival scholarship winners have been announced.
