Mark joined the Herald-Star in January 14, 1985, after graduating from Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in Communications. Mark has covered both Jefferson County and Steubenville city government, including the villages of Mingo Junction and Wintersville. Mark currently covers Jefferson County government, including police reports and court coverage. He is an avid user and supporter of the Brooke High School Wellness Center and swimming pool.
