Area businesses make a difference

To the editor:

The Make A Difference Committee of the Village of Bloomingdale would like to thank all of the area businesses that participated in donating their time, products and services to our village summer celebration, which was held July 3-4.

It is nice to know that a small community such as ours can rely on so many friendly, locally owned, hometown business owners who are ready and willing to give something back to their customers. For all those who participated, we salute you, and a big thank you to all: Merle Norman,Texas Roadhouse, Subway, Dippity Dog, Lancelots, Touch of Elegance Bakery, Perrys Glo-Putt, Eat ‘n Park, the Ville, the Lunch Box, the Gaslite, Shear Dimensions Hair, Neos Hair Design, Pronail, E-Spa Nails, Create-A-Room, Landmark, Kuester’s Farm Equipment, Frank’s Bar and Restaurant, Tropitan, Regis Salon, NAPA (Canton Road), Advance Auto, Auto Zone, Zalenski’s,Thompson Florist, the Dove Restaurant, M&M True Value Hardware, Wendy’s, Burger King, Wal-Mart, Cruise-Inn Icecream, Sheetz, Gus’s Goodies, Kmart, We’re Rolling Pretzels, Smart Style Salon, Master Cuts and a signed print from Dave Barnhouse.
