Frances Elizabeth Glynn, 96, of Steubenville died Friday, August 15, 2014, at the Carriage Inn.
She was born March 8, 1918, in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Alberta Leonhart Gibson.
Frances is also preceded in death by her husband, Roger J. Glynn; four sisters, Mary Staton, Madlin Moats, Reeda Cress, and Mildred Ritchey.
Surviving are her son, Roger F. (Harriet) Glynn of Weirton; three sisters, Margaret Vendetta, Barbara Dalanno, and June Gibson all of Steubenville; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandson.
Frances was a dance instructor and the owner and operator of the former Glynn Dance Studio and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church and RSVP.
Calling hours are Monday 2-6 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel and on Tuesday at Calvary Pentecostal, 255 N. Fourth St., Steubenville, from noon until the time of service at 1 p.m.
Pastor John Katsonas will officiate and burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
