Rocco Duco

Rocco T. Duco, 74 of Steubenville, died Sunday July 13, 2014, at Trinity West.

He was born March 11, 1940, in Steubenville, the son of the late Patsy and Rose Lopresto Duco.

Rocco was retired from Weirton Steel, Tin Mill Department.

Rocco was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Knights of St. Anthony, the P.A.C., Weirton Elks and was a regular visitor of the Spot Bar.

Surviving are his wife, Helen Baillie Duco whom he married October 8, 1960; two sons, Michael (Lisa) Duco of Columbus and David (Jennifer) Duco of Mason, OH; one daughter, Melissa “Missy” (Greig) Black of Steubenville; two brothers, Dominic (Linda) Duco of Wintersville and Joseph Duco of Weirton.; two sisters, Patricia (Robert) Waltz of Charleston, WV, and Donna (Kerry) Frank of Fountain Valley, CA. Rocco leaves behind four grandchildren, Rocco, Marissa, Zachary, and Austin Duco; two stepgrandchildren, Scott and Alisha Black

Mass will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday July 19, 2014, at Holy Family Church. Msgr. Gerald Calovini, celebrant. Entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s or Leukemia Association.
