Wilma “Billie” Fisher, 98, of McKinney, Texas, passed away June 6, 2014, in McKinney.
Billie was born December 6, 1915, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Harry and Mary “Lulu” Lucia (Waggoner) Dougherty.
She married W. Richard Fisher on March 13, 1935, in Wintersville, Ohio. Billie grew up and attended schools in Wintersville, Ohio. She was an avid bridge player.
She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Jaenke and husband, Ted of St. Louis, Missouri, Donna Patrick and husband, Tom of McKinney, Texas, and Joan Doering and husband, Mark of Dallas, Texas; granddaughters, Robyn Florian, Susan Ude and husband, Mark, Karen Flood, Allison Patrick, and Cassandra Shearer and husband, Rob; grandsons, Todd Jaenke and wife, Stacy and Scott MacGregor and wife, Genevieve; great- grandsons, Taylor, Will and Hunter Florian, Reid Jaenke, Jack and Josh Flood, Jack Ude; great-granddaughters, Tori, Whitney and Ashleigh Jaenke, Madison Ude, and Lucy and Ruby Shearer; and brothers-in-law, Donald and Kenneth Fisher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and nine brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, June 9, 2014, at Stonebridge United Methodist Church in McKinney, Texas.
There will be a reception following the service at the church.
