Marian Palma Falbo

Together Again

FALBO, Marian Palma, 89, of Follansbee, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Aug, 15, 2013, at home.

She was the most caring mother to her five children, 11 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She is now reunited in heaven with her husband, Michael, grandson, Joey and other family.

She was born on April 13, 1924 in Iselin, PA, a daughter of the late Angelo and Catherine (Musitelli) Taliani.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Patsy Falbo; a brother, Rudolph “Rudy” Taliani; and her grandson, Joey Matello.

Marian graduated from Steubenville High School and was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Follansbee, WV.

She is survived by five children, Barbara (Joe) Matello, Follansbee, WV, Jack (Cindy) Falbo, Fairmont, WV, Michael Falbo, Mark Falbo, and Marianne (Mark) Gilham all of Follansbee, WV; 11 grandchildren, LouAnne (John) Weekley, Jack Falbo, Jr., Dr. Stephanie Falbo, Kristi (Michael) Bolen, Michelle (David) Klick, John Michael Falbo, Markquette Falbo, Anthony Falbo, Vincent Falbo, Cicilie Falbo, and Trey Gilham; seven great-grandchildren, Brandon, Addie, Cole, Aaron, Tyson, Lindsay, and Jack.

Friends will be received on Saturday, August 17th from 9-10:45 a.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Follansbee, WV with Msgr. Paul Hudock as celebrant.

Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV.

The family would like to thank the staff of Valley Hospice, the Brooke County Senior Center, Darla Pepe, and Mary Ann McClain for all the loving care given to their mother.
