HAMILTON, Kathryn L., 82, of Duncan Falls, passed away at 8:33 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Good Samaritan, Genesis Medical Center.
Kate was born November 3, 1930 in Roseville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Florence (Crooks) Wallace.
She was a former Sunday school teacher and a member of the Philo United Methodist Church. She and Bill were the owners of Hamilton Antiques in Duncan Falls; she was an avid supporter of all Philo Athletics; she served as a past president of the Philo Wrestling Club, a member of the Philo Athletic Boosters and the Brilliant Boosters Club.
Kate is survived by her husband, William C. Hamilton whom she married May 15, 1948; her children, Gregory (Barcy) Hamilton of Zanesville; Cynthia (Mark) Lincicome of Blue Rock, Eveanne Holland of Silver Springs, FL and Tricia (Terry) DeLeonardis of Oklawaha, FL; her grandchildren Heather (John) Antonetz, Grady Hamilton, Brooke Kinsey (Heath Grimm), Dory Kinsey, Meghan Kinsey, Tonya (Andrew) Mildenberg, Dirk Lincicome, Sada Holland, Kayadell Holland, Tessa (Ander) Pierce, Teric DeLeonardis, Tierra DeLeonardis, Katlyn DeLeonardis, Kaleb “Levi” DeLeonardis and 18 great- grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Kate is preceded in death by her son, Eric; her brothers, William and Ray Wallace; and her sisters, Jean Newhauser and Wilma Parker.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 19 and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 20th at the Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Connie Quinn and Rev. Terry Priest officiating.
Burial will follow in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
