FAZI, John, 88, of Steubenville, died Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Trinity West.
He was born May 5, 1925, in Secinaro, Aquila, Italy.
He is the son of the late Antonio and Erminia Barbati Fazi.
John is also preceded in death by his brother, William Fazi; sister, Elisabetta DiBeraradino; and step- mother, Emilia Fazi.
John was retired from Ft. Steuben Metal Products Company where he was a shipping supervisor and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Columbus Club, Italian American Culture Club, and the Secinarese Club.
Surviving are his wife, Vitalia Maggi Fazi whom he married October 7, 1950; one daughter, Lillian (J. Douglas) Bricker of Cannonsburg,PA; one sister, Loreta Fazi of Rome, Italy; two grandsons, Brian (Amy) Bricker and Kevin (Tiffany) Bricker; four great-grandchildren, Vitalia, Aidan, Ella and Vincent.
Calling hours are Monday 4-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville.
A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Msgr. Gerald Calovini, celebrant.
Entombment at Mt. Calvary, Coronation Mausoleum.
