Bishop Mussio Elementary celebrates 100 days of school

Kindergartners at Bishop John King Mussio Elementary School recently celebrated their 100th day of school. Pupils participated in various 100-themed centers, including making a gum ball machine with 100 gum balls, 100 exercises, stringing 100 fruit loops on a necklace, 100 dice game and 100 stamps and stickers. The pupils also constructed posters with 10 groups of 10 items equaling 100, and they dressed up as if they were 100 years old and ate a special 100th day snack. Teachers Erin Moffat and Angela Younce were assisted by aides Carol Jones and Jenna French and Franciscan University student-teacher Monica Fischer.
