Ruff Creek Markets support Salvation Army

Salvation Army Ruff Creek

Local Salvation Army agencies and Ruff Creek Markets have joined to provide assistance to those in need this Christmas season. The 27 Ruff Creek Markets in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio are offering customers the opportunity to donate to area Salvation Army agencies by scanning a bar code at each register. The program, which was introduced on Nov. 16, will run through Dec. 22 and allows customers to “give back to the local communities” where stores are located. Gathered Tuesday at the Toronto Ruff Creek Market were, from left, front, Bobbie Summers, Toronto Ruff Creek store manager; Lori Holman, Brilliant Ruff Creek store manager; Dawn Cutri, Wintersville Ruff Creek store manager; Anna Lea Wirth, Toronto Salvation Army co-director; and Gail Walker, Toronto Salvation Army co-director: and back, Rich Stimpert, Coen Oil senior district manager; Dakota Apperson, Coen Oil marketing coordinator; Carl Oprisch, Salvation Army volunteer; George Komar, kettle coordinator for Toronto Salvation Army; and Lts. Barri and Eril Muhs, corps officers/pastors, Salvation Army, Steubenville. Ruff Creek Markets are owned by Coen Oil.
