CHESTER — An East Liverpool man wanted in connection with a Chester bank break-in early Sunday morning turned himself in.

Chester Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Shawn A. Sanchez, 19, on Sunday and forwarded a copy to East Liverpool Police.

Sanchez got away with a minimal amount of cash and left a trail of blood and broken glass at the bank.
