Breonna N. Williams, Weirton, charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct dismissed at defense counsel’s request and with no objection from the state.
Jeremiah A. Jobe, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for eight days served.
