New Life Worship Center to host ‘Living Proof Live’ simulcast

New Life Worship Center, located at 308 Penco Road, Weirton, is planning a first-time outreach – a “Living Proof Live” simulcast featuring a full day of music, worship, sessions led by well-known Bible teacher and best-selling author Beth Moore and opportunities to fellowship with other women from throughout the Tri-State Area.

“Living Proof Live” will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Sept. 14. Tickets are $20 and are available by calling (304) 723-0777 or sending an e-mail to contact@newlifeworship.org by Aug. 30 or while supplies last.

New Life Worship Center is serving as a host location for Weirton, Steubenville and the surrounding areas.

“The simulcast is such a great opportunity to share in a full day of worship led by Travis Cottrell, inspiring Bible study with Beth Moore and a time to fellowship with other women from our community as well as join in with 250,000 women from around the world,” said Rhonda Fien, New Life Worship Center’s executive assistant and church relations.

“It is an incredible opportunity to share such an event with other women of faith in real time,” Fien said.

“Through Life Way.com, churches are able to register to be a host location for the simulcast conference,” Fien explained. The host churches are able to pick up the Living Proof Live conference from its location each year through a dedicated live stream via the Internet and broadcast to audiences in local churches all over the world that have registered. This year’s event will be live from the Civic Center in Charleston.

“This particular event is the first Living Proof Live simulcast we have hosted at New Life. We are excited to bring this type of event to the Tri-State Area,” Fien said.

Senior Pastor Bob Mazeroski and his wife, Tracey, came to Weirton in the fall of 2003 and began the church, which grew from six to more than 300 and launched two other churches from Weirton.

Having outgrown its existing location, the church is seeking acreage upon which to “build much more than a church meeting place,” Fien said. The vision includes a daycare facility, rental space for events and other ministry programs.
