Bar meeting

Attorney Costa D. Mastros, District 15 representative to the Ohio State Bar Association Board of Governors, recently presided over the district’s annual meeting at the Steubenville Country Club, which included the election of Mastros’ successor, attorney Bryan C. Conaway of Cambridge, to serve a three-year term. District 15 includes attorneys practicing in Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson and Monroe counties. Attorney Richard Yoss of Woodsfield was honored for 50 years of practice. Participating in the meeting were, from left, attorney Randall M.
