Co-chairs of Project B.E.S.T. announced

CO-CHAIRS — Scott Mazzulli has been selected as labor co-chair, and Ginny Favede has been named management co-chair of Project B.E.S.T.

WHEELING — Ginny Favede and Scott Mazzulli have been select as co-chairs for Project B.E.S.T., officials with the organization have announced.

“Project B.E.S.T. is a great organization with a long and proven history in construction labor management,” said Favede, management co-chair. “This organization has a well-earned reputation as a leader in economic development.”

“Having worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years has helped prepare me for this assignment,” said Mazzulli, labor co-chair. “Project B.E.S.T. has a national reputation as a leader in the construction industry.”

Project B.E.S.T. was formed in 1971 and is a joint effort of the Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council and the Upper Ohio Valley Building and Construction Trades Council. Safety on the job site, improving efficiency and productivity and construction-related education are some of the programs administered by the organization.

Project B.E.S.T. is a construction industry labor-management organization encompassing more than 500 contractors and 6,000 building trades craftsmen and apprentices serving the Upper Ohio Valley. Its primary purpose is to promote jobs for its participants by providing quality and safety-conscious craftsmen and on-time completion of projects within budget to commercial and industrial customers, and encouraging economic development throughout the region it serves.
