Lucas — Hellock

STEUBENVILLE — Marianne Lucas and Corey Hellock were united in marriage July 16 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Steubenville. Monsignor Gerald Calovini officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Frances Lucas and Frank Lucas Sr., both of Mingo Junction.

The groom is the son of Dana and Darlene Hellock of Wintersville.

Escorted to the altar by her brother, Frank Lucas Jr., the bride chose a white halter style, fit-and-flare gown with lace embellished with sequins and rhinestones with a cathedral veil. She carried a bouquet of gerbera daisies and white roses.

Sarah Willison of Amsterdam served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Christine Nicosia of Steubenville, sister of the bride; Heather Gaulden of Cumming, Ga.; Jeanette Henderson of Parma, Ohio; Melinda Marinos of Monessen, Pa.; Shannon Wildenstein of Dunmore, Pa.

Flower girls were Payten and Preslie Ewing of Newton Falls, Ohio, nieces of the groom. Ring bearers were Robby and Tommy Lucas of Wintersville, nephews of the bride.

Dana Hellock of Wintersville, father of the groom, severed as best man. Groomsmen were James Speece of Mingo Junction; Stan Kavanagh of Wintersville; Brian Cox of Wintersville; and Jason Smoljanovich of Steubenville.

Following the reception at the Steubenville Country Club, the newlyweds honeymooned in South Carolina.

The bride is a graduate of Indian Creek High School and a graduate of Trinity School of Nursing. She is employed at Trinity Medical Center West.

The groom is a graduate of Wintersville High School and a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit. He is employed at TEAM Ford, Lincoln, Toyota.

The couple reside in Bloomingdale.
