COOKIE TIME — Christmas is coming, and so is the need for trays and platters of cookies for guests, children and the family. There are many types of cookies: Bar cookies, drop cookies, molded cookies, cut-out cookies, eggless cookies and sandwich cookies. Be sure to have a variety. Or you could have a trade-off with family bakers or neighbors so you would have an assortment.
